Patrick Riddle started his real estate career by purchasing his first investment property while a student at Clemson University. He was pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the time. At the age of 22, the decision was made to leave school and go into business full time as a real estate investor. Since getting started just 6 years ago, he and his partner, Dusty Keefe, have done well over 100 deals. Riddle is an expert in short sales, lease options, pre-foreclosures, creative deal structuring, subject-to's, and recruiting private money. He has recruited over $6M in cash from private investors for his company.

Patrick is also an avid reader having read over 200 books since the start of his company on subjects such as marketing, management, leadership, real estate, accelerated learning, sales, psychology, and personal development.
