Linda Ash has been in the mortgage industry for over ten years. Throughout those ten years she has operated in every facet of the mortgage industry. As a certified underwriter, Linda has an impressive amount of knowledge about lender programs and guidelines. In addition, Linda has mastered the "sales" side of the mortgage industry to have a peak performance rate throughout her entire career.

Linda has a M.S. in Economics from Georgia Tech and is a Master Certified Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Banker. Linda also holds certifications in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA underwriting. Furthermore, she is certified as a Quality Control Analyst for the state of Georgia.
